Shipping and Returns

Shipping

In most cases, order delivery times will not exceed 7 business days (Monday to Friday). If they do, we will let you know when we receive your order. If you need it sooner, write to us at marcela@marcelaandco.com and we will do our best to ensure you receive it sooner.

Exchanges and returns

Due to the nature of the products and the fact that they are made especially for each customer upon request, returns are not accepted. You will be able to exchange the purchased product for another product or for a non-expiring voucher to use on our website if no more than one weekend has passed between the date you received the product and the date you sent it back to our facilities.

Product customization

You can ask us for modifications to any of our products at no additional cost, but these cannot be exchanged for other products and you will have to pay half their retail price. This amount will not be refunded if you decide not to proceed with the purchase before the product is delivered.
