Shipping and Returns

Shipping

In most cases, delivery times for orders will not exceed 7 business days (Monday to Friday). If this is the case, we will notify you when we receive your order. If you need it sooner, please write to us at marcela@marcelaandco.com and we will do our best to get it to you sooner.

Exchanges and returns

Due to the nature of the products and the fact that they are manufactured specifically for each customer upon request, returns are not accepted. However, you may exchange the purchased product for another product or for a voucher with no expiration date to use on our website, provided that no more than a weekend has passed between the date you received the product and the date you shipped it back to our facilities.

Product customization

You can request modifications to any of our products at no extra cost, but these cannot be exchanged for other items and you will need to pay half the sale price. This amount will not be refunded if you cancel the purchase before delivery.
