Shipping

Order delivery times will not exceed 7 business days (Monday to Friday) in most cases. If they do, we will inform you when we receive your order. If you need it sooner, write to us at marcela@marcelaandco.com and we will do our best to get it to you sooner.

Exchanges and returns

Due to the nature of the products and since they are manufactured specifically for each customer upon order, returns are not accepted. You may exchange the purchased product for another product or for a voucher with no expiration date to use on our website if a weekend has not passed between the date of receipt of the product and the date of its return shipment to our facilities.

Product customization

You can ask us for modifications on any of our products at no additional cost, but these cannot be exchanged for others and you must pay half of their sale price. This amount will not be refunded if you withdraw from the purchase before product delivery.
