Most weddings are concentrated from April to October (stopping in August) due to the good weather, the long days, the light... and they start to spread out between morning and afternoon, as the heat becomes more intense. In this post we are going to focus on morning weddings, and later we will do one focused on afternoon weddings.
From spring onwards, colours are brighter and materials are lighter: raffia, buntal, straw, linen... and the eternal sinamay that accompanies us all year round.
These are some of our proposals:
- Buntal hats: This natural fiber looks like straw, but for my taste, it is more elegant.
- Straw hats : a classic that is always a hit in summer, especially if the surroundings are suitable: weddings on country estates, beaches...
- Sinamay hats: They can be worn all year round, but for summer I would choose light colours (beige, nude) or bright colours (aquamarine, pink, tangerine, light blue...)
- Flower headbands : flowers = spring
- Sinamay headbands : ideal all year round, now I would choose them in more summery tones
- Small headdresses in cheerful tones: with flowers, spines…
- Huge sinamay bows: For the most stylish. They can be placed as in the photo or adorning ponytails or braids.
- Feathered hats in very bright colors : I like feathers more for autumn, but this one seems like an exception to me.
The best way to complete these headdresses is with a raffia bag in a pretty color. You can see them all by clicking here
